Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to this website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect others to do the same. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA from claims of infringement. To submit a claim of infringement, the following information must be provided:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or an authorized person;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Identification of the material to be removed and a way for us to locate it;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement that the provided information is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for providing false information in a notification of infringement. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email.
It should be noted that we may share the information in any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree that your information may be shared.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you have received a takedown notice for copyrighted material, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature;
- A description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement that the material was removed by mistake;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy regarding copyright infringement. We keep track of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
